Responsibilities
• The Environmental Engineer will be responsible for overall environmental compliance management system that documents requirements, how compliance is assured, record location, and responsibility.
• Conduct training to support compliance management activities. Provide permitting support for facility in multiple areas to ensure consistency in evaluating and permitting strategic projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of existing and proposed federal, state and local environmental regulations to ensure continued compliance with regulatory and permit requirements.
• Assist with air emission calculations, including the development of new and improved methodologies. Provide written and verbal regulatory guidance to operations and management when needed.

Requirements
• B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years as an Environmental Engineer in a chemical manufacturing plant.
• Experience preparing reports related to air, water, waste etc.

Responsibilities
• The Controls Engineer will develop and implement reliability plans for electrical infrastructure components including transformers, MCC’s, main substation, etc.
• Development of repair scopes and QA verification of equipment repairs and installations.
• Monitor KPI’s and report on the availability and reliability of the electrical systems.
• Champion the execution and maintaining of the I&E Long Rang Plan and annual Top 5 continuous improvement plan.
• The Controls Engineer will be the technical resource for the site day-to-day operational support as well as I&E support of capital projects.

Requirements
• The Automation Engineer will have a BS degree with an engineering major.
• 5 years working with AB and Siemens equipment.
• Must have expertise in industrial electrical equipment (including 15kv).
• Strong PLC experience (preferably with Siemens equipment).
• Experience in continuous processes.
• Able to manage projects utilizing all available resources to meet budgets and deadlines.

Responsibilities
• The Sr. Reliability Engineer will act as a reliability generalist for plants in the region and will be a specialty resource for combustion systems. Provide support in the elements of Reliability-Centered Maintenance, including criticality analysis, condition-based monitoring, preventive maintenance optimization, critical spares, mechanical integrity, and work process optimization.
• Support resolution of chronic reliability issues through engineering support and networking with the broader organization.
• Facilitate network of maintenance leaders and engineers across the operations, review KPIs, develop action items for key issues, and review improvement projects.
• Provide project management and engineering support.
• Engage with internal and external expertise to improve reliability processes, including criticality analysis, PdM technologies, condition-based monitoring, preventive maintenance optimization, and critical spares.

Requirements
• The Sr. Reliability Engineer will have a BS or MS Engineering degree and strong knowledge of combustion systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance excellence processes in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Support and travel ~50% to multiple manufacturing sites in the gulf coast area.
• 10 years of maintenance excellence experience in a chemical manufacturing environment, including implementing upgraded processes. Experience addressing site infrastructure needs is required.

Responsibilities
• The R&D Manager will support all aspect of scale up, capital engineering, and site lab operations.
• Approximately 80% of your time will be spent directly supporting R&D operations in the tech center/pilot plant and the remaining time, you will be providing support to other regions. You will lead toll manufacturing qualifications in North America.
• Lead Capex planning and execution.
• Lead a team of R&D professionals
• Prepare and manage budgets and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analysis of new ideas
• Participate in project review meetings and lead execution of projects.

Requirements
• The R&D Manager will have a BS degree in chemical engineering. MS or PhD a plus.
• 10+ years chemical scale up experience from pilot plant to full scale manufacturing desired. Polymers development is required.
• Must have previous supervisory experience over technical personnel (ideally engineers).
• Proven strong project management skills and ability to drive projects to completion.
• Global experience is a plus
• Open to travel up to 25% domestically and globally.
