Responsibilities
- The Supply Chain Manager will supervise and motivate the logistics team including reviewing performance, giving constructive feedback, and enforcing roles and responsibilities of direct reports. Leverage Lean Six Sigma tools and project management to drive continuous improvement in planning processes and site logistics.
- Effectively coordinate with company corporate customer service, production planning, and logistics groups for order fulfillment and process optimization. Monitors daily inventory levels of raw materials, intermediates, and final products; maintain up to date data based on usage and demand.
- Based on production schedule, analyzes and reviews on-site inventory to ensure availability of materials required to avoid shortages and to set allowances for delivery lead time. Initiate external material movements as needed to prevent shortage. Conducts end-of-month close out activities.

- $125K-$145K. Relocation provided.
Requirements
- The Supply Chain Manager should have a BS degree and 10+ years of manufacturing, operations, or logistics leadership experience.
- Experience with chemical manufacturing and transportation.
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and have a stable work history. Sponsorship is not available.
