Responsibilities
- The Process Engineer interacts with the business, R&D, and plant groups to identify improvements and expansions to existing product lines.
- Develops new products and processes that will sustain and grow the business.
- Ensures process engineering standards and procedures are met during the development, design, and construction phases of a project.
- Lead the development of Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) packages for the business segments.
- Scaling up laboratory and pilot scale technologies to commercialization scale.
- Mass and energy balances, process simulations, PFD, piping, and instrumentation diagrams.
- Relocation provided. $90K-$115K
Requirements
- The Process Engineer will have a BS degree with an engineering major (chemical preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in process / production in a chemical manufacturing environment.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification, FEL and stage gate project development for major capital projects.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and have a stable work history. Sponsorship is not available.
