Responsibilities
- The Process Controls Engineer is responsible for trouble shooting controls systems, deploying configurations of PLC (Rockwell, control logics 5000, Rockwell) and DCS systems (Moore, Siemens, APacs Plus).
- Primary focus will be on the equipment knowledge and troubleshooting configuration, commissioning for the instruments, interacting with process engineers, gathering data format for the controllers, problem solving and implementing.
- Relocation provided. $80K-$95K.
Requirements
- The Process Controls Engineer will have a BS degree with an engineering major.
- 3-5 years experience as Instrument and Controls Engineer in chemical or process related plant.
- PLC’s, DCS, HMI and Historian. Experienced with CMMS, MOC, configuration file housekeeping, versioning, audit trail, and archives. TCP Modbus, Ethernet and network switches.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and have a stable work history. Sponsorship is not available.
