Responsibilities
- Apx $105K. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead Maintenance safety and environmental compliance initiatives.
- Manage labor relations and training for mechanical department.
- Provide Maintenance mechanical plant support.
- Lead Mechanical predictive & preventative maintenance programs
- Develop and manage standard Work Procedures for mechanical equipment.
- Provide daily supervision of the Maintenance Mechanical department (salaried direct and wage roll indirect). Provide plant turnaround/shutdown leadership.
- Assist in developing capital project programs (i.e. ACE projects, Major Capital projects, etc.) for new equipment and major repairs.
- Relocation provided.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Five or more years’ work experience as a Mechanical Engineer in a chemical manufacturing plant, refinery or similar manufacturing operation.
- 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
- Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
- Good working knowledge of Mechanical Codes and Standards.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and have a stable work history. Sponsorship is not available.
