Responsibilities
- The Reliability Engineer wil provide analysis of failed equipment to determine and eliminate cause.
- Advise and review repairs and modifications to rotating equipment.
- Maintain and implement equipment reliability programs (lubrication, vibration, infra-red, etc.).
- Develop and implement reliability control plans for several equipment classes to drive long-term improvements in safety, environmental, and operational performance.
- Assist hourly vibration technicians with rotating equipment vibration analysis and condition monitoring data interpretation, recommend actions based on these analyses.
- Relocation provided. Regional candidates preferred. $90K-$120K.
Requirements
- The Reliability Engineer will have a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 + years chemical/petrochemical plant maintenance.
- Practical experience facilitating Root Cause Failure Analysis and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis utilizing a selection of industry standard tools.
- Familiarity interpreting and applying industry standards and best practices related to rotating equipment.
- Experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and have a stable work history. Sponsorship is not available.
