Responsibilities
- The Reliability Engineer is responsible for providing instrument and electrical engineering expertise to the site.
- Scope includes instrumentation and electrical equipment up to 4160V.
- Leads Instrument Standardization and PM/PdM Optimization efforts across the site Leads Low Voltage (<600V) Infrastructure Modernization & Reliability Program.
- Leads and supports Root Cause Failure Analysis and execute corrective actions for complex and/or repetitive problems.
- Supports PHA and FMEA teams site wide.
- Relocation provided. $110K-$135K.
Requirements
- The Reliability Engineer will have a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years’ experience in chemical plant instrumentation and electrical maintenance.
- Experience leading RCFA and FMEA teams.
- Broad-based, hands-on knowledge and experience with various types of instrumentation and electrical systems, equipment and software.
- Knowledgeable of applicable code requirements, including PSM, ISA84, NFPA70E.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and have a stable work history. Sponsorship is not available.
