Responsibilities
• The Manufacturing Manager will contribute to the development and implementation of the technology licensing business strategy.
• Manage the spending for the group at or below the annual budget.
• Lead and oversee as a supervisor that manages Manufacturing Specialists and Process Engineers who provide plant commissioning and start up support, catalyst trials, operations training, and operations troubleshooting.
• Lead and oversee the Process Control Manager, who leads the development and implementation company’s Process Control Software as well as manages the Process Control Engineer plus four to eight contractors who provide support for the software development and implementation.
• Up to 25% travel
• Relocation provided.
Requirements
• BS Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• The Manufacturing Manager will have experience in polyolefins manufacturing and technology licensing. At least 3 years managing a process team.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and have a stable work history. Sponsorship is not available.
