Responsibilities
- The Maintenance & Reliability Manager provides strategic insight to the site on annual operating plan, strategic plan and capital budget and develops department goals.
- Interacts with operations and supply chain to ensure ability to meet/exceed customer requirements.
- Optimizes the utilization of plant resources and drives world class levels of equipment uptime. Provides oversight to all maintenance and reliability engineering functions.
- Identifies, develops and implements innovative solutions that address reliability issues.
- Drives a risk-based reliability program, using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Predictive and Preventive Maintenance, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Relocation provided. $110K-$130K.
Requirements
- The Maintenance & Reliability Manager will have a BSME and 10 years experience related to maintenance and reliability engineering in a chemical plant.
- 5 years experience in managing professionals as well as in a union environment.
- Strong knowledge of continuous chemical manufacturing-based maintenance. Background experience in PSM. Six Sigma certified preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and have a stable work history. Sponsorship is not available.
